Interesting survey about foreclosures...

Here is a press release I found today from Trulia.com. The subject covers buyers feelings about the purchase of a foreclosed listing. More than 75% of the folks surveyed felt they should pay at least 25% less for a foreclosed home.

Also the appetite for buying a foreclosed home is dwindling, according to the release.
