A little short of 3,800 votes were cast (out of 14,000 plus registered voters) and those voters made a statement. No road improvements, no new parks, no new public safety improvements. The same goes for keeping the Kingman residents property practically worthless, which is fine since the voter also did not authorize the city council to sell the property.
Where do we go from here??
