Some things just make sense

The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association has sent a letter to the Mohave County Board of Supervisors urging them to deny a proposed subdivision near the airport. I am a strong advocate for individual property rights and feel that people have the right to make profit on their property, however, with the airports intent to extend the runways 3,000 feet it only makes sense that this information be taken into consideration when the Board of Supervisors make their decision. Our airport is an important area for future growth of clean industry and Mohave County should not allow anything to inhibit the airports ability to expand in the future.
