There you go again Todd, confusing everybody with the facts! Now we are going to hear about how corrupt or stupid the USDA or whatever government agency this info came from is. That is the way the WWW work. The only stats that are true or genuine or real are the ones they agree with or that support their claims, and it doesn't matter if it came from Art Bell, it will be his word over the hydrologist, you can bet on that.
